What we work on
Houses people live in. Kitchens, bathrooms, additions and whole-home renovations. Then the work this climate and this housing stock demand: impact windows and doors, lanais and screen enclosures, and the plumbing and electrical that hides behind the walls of every house built here between the 1970s and the 1990s.
Vanguard Home Remodels is residential only. We are not a commercial contractor, and our licence status is public record with the Florida DBPR. A project that would be better served by one gets told so.
How Vanguard Home Remodels works
First a walk-through of the actual space. Then a written scope with a fixed price, before anything is ordered or demolished. Then permits and a schedule. Then the build, with inspections at each stage. It is deliberately unglamorous. However, it is the whole difference between a project that lands where you expected and one that does not. What you will not find on this site
Numbers we cannot stand behind. No page here claims a response time, because we do not currently measure one. Nor is there a testimonial we did not receive. As those things become real, they will appear, and the evidence will appear with them.
