Who issues your permit

The Seminole County building department, with Sanford, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Casselberry and Altamonte Springs each running their own for work inside city limits. Which one applies depends on your address rather than your mailing town, and it changes the fee, the review time and occasionally what is required. We confirm it before quoting a schedule.

What Seminole County home remodeling usually involves

a great deal of 1970s to 1990s housing, so polybutylene supply lines and original electrical panels come up constantly.

HOA and architectural review

Much of the housing here sits inside a community association. Where yours does, its architectural review runs alongside the permit on its own timeline, and for anything affecting the exterior it is a genuine gate. We plan for it rather than discover it.

What we do

Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovation, impact windows and doors and outdoor living.

Not sure this is the right scope yet?

Most projects change shape once someone stands in the room. The walk-through is where that happens, and it costs nothing whether or not you go ahead.
