Where We Work in Central Florida

We do Central Florida remodeling in four counties. If your home sits at the edge of that, ask anyway: we would rather say no on the phone than after a site visit.

The counties we cover

  • Orange County: Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Winter Park, Dr. Phillips, Lake Nona, Horizon West, Apopka, Ocoee, Maitland, Baldwin Park and College Park.
  • Seminole County: Oviedo, Lake Mary, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Casselberry, Sanford and Heathrow.
  • Osceola County: Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Celebration, Poinciana and Narcoossee.
  • Lake County: Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Mount Dora, Eustis and Tavares.

Why the county matters for Central Florida remodeling

Not for marketing. The county or municipality decides which building department issues your permit, whether that is Orange County or your own city, what it costs, what it wants to see, and how long it takes. Those differ, and they change what we can promise you about a schedule. It is the first thing we check once we know the address.

And the community, separately

A large share of Central Florida housing sits inside an HOA with an architectural review committee. Where that applies, its approval runs alongside the permit and on its own timeline, and for anything that changes the exterior it is a real gate rather than a formality.
