The walk-through and the estimate cost nothing, whether or not you go ahead.
What a free remodeling estimate asks of you
Nothing complicated, and nothing you need to prepare. Roughly when you want the work done, whether you have drawings already, and whether anyone has looked at it before. If the honest answer is that your project is not a fit for us, we will say so on the phone rather than after a site visit.
What we will not ask you
No deposit, no card details, and no commitment to proceed. An estimate is an estimate. You can check any Florida contractor’s licence with the Florida DBPR before you let them in.
