We try to keep this site correct and current, particularly where it describes building code requirements, permitting and materials. Those change, and the authority on any of them is the jurisdiction that governs your address, not this website. Do not rely on a page here in place of a permit office.

Our privacy policy describes what happens to information you send us through this site. Please do not send payment details, card numbers or bank information through any form here. We will never ask for them by web form or email.
