Someone reads it, not an autoresponder. If the project is a fit and the address is inside our area, we come out and stand in the room. If it is not, we say so and, where we can, point you at someone better. Either way you get an answer rather than a drip campaign, and nothing on this site asks you for a deposit or card details to get one.
