What this privacy policy covers
The estimate form. When you use the form on this site we receive the name, email address, phone number, city, project type and description you enter. We ask for the city because it is how we tell you quickly whether we cover your area. Nothing on the form is collected for any purpose other than replying to you about your project.
Nothing else. We do not ask for payment details, card numbers or bank information anywhere on this site, and we will never request them by web form or email. If you receive a message appearing to be from us asking for them, it is not from us.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about your enquiry and, if the project goes ahead, to run it. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they might still be relevant and then deleted. Records relating to work we carried out are kept longer, because building work carries obligations that outlast the job.
Cookies
This site sets the cookies WordPress needs to function. If you leave a comment or log in, WordPress sets cookies for that. We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you.
Who else can see it
Our website host stores the site and its data. Where a form submission is delivered by email, our email provider processes it in transit. If we later add analytics or advertising tools, this page will say so before they run, not after.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask through the form on our contact page and we will act on it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this privacy policy changes, the version on this page is the one that applies.
